All participants and quests of SCO`s summit arrived in Bishkek. Thereupon, on August 16 the "Manas" international airport has closed its airspace for civil aviation during daylight hours. It is receiving the distinguished heads of member states and observers of SCO`s summit.

The participants and quests of summit arrived in Bishkek as "traditionally" without spouses and took up residence at "Alaarcha" mansion-house.

On August 16 at 9:30 the Bishkek summit has started its work from photographing  of summit`s partisipants and quests. Whereupon, there are will be meeting in narrow membership and than in extended membership.After that, the overall results will be wired for media and the agreements will be signed. All action will be held at a Congress Hall on the territory of "Alaarcha" mansion-house.

The Agreement of long-term neighbouring relations, friendship and cooperation and the Bishkek Declaration will be signed during SCO`s summit. In general, the heads of states will sign 8 documents and the Agreement of cooperation of SCO`s Interbank Union and SCO`s Business Council will be signed too.

The 508 journalists from 16 countries will elucidate the summit in Bishkek.
